PAYMENT & SHIPPING
We currently accept payment through Paypal and Worldpay, Credit card and most bank cards.
We currently deliver to the UK mainland and some of the countries in Europe. Your order normally will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to availability. Delivery is made by courier and will require a signature for all items excluding small accessories on delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on circumstances outside of our control such as Bank Holidays or postal strikes.
Unfortunately, We are currently not accepting orders whose recipient address is different from the billing address. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
UK mainland :We charge a delivery fee spend under £99. if you spend £100 or more we will delivery your order by Royal Mail Signed For 1st or 2nd Class for free. Also you can choose option for Royal Mail Special delivery with aditional charge.
International : We specialised in shipping to the countries listed below:France, Germany, Belgium, Sweden,Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Monaco, Netherland, Switzerland, Ireland, Norway.We send your orders by UPS if you are having your order delivered to the following countries Italy, Spain, Hungary, Cyprus, Croatia,Malta, Portugal.
Please note: An average will be given when you check out with any differences in price refunded as soon as possible. If you should have any questions about International shipping , please contact us before ordering.
We can not accept responsibility for carriage delays caused by Royal Mail and any couriers. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions the Company will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
All of our items are normally available and in stock. However if any item you order is out of stock, we will let you know by email. You will then receive a choice of cancelling the item or back ordering it. Back ordering may take up to 30 days before shipment.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer 14 days guarantee on all of our items: If you change your mind about a purchase from us with for any reason, please contact us within 14 days. You are responsible for returning the item completely unused, in its original packaging and sent by recorded delivery at your own cost. We will refund you the purchase price excluding any postage costs after we have received the returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are inspected thoroughly before being dispatched. On the rare occasion that there is something wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund any items which arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Return of the faulty or damaged item must be arranged by the customer . We will refund full delivery charge if found to be at fault. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in delivery, so we recommend that you return the item via Registered Post.
Please note: A copy of the receipt must accompany all returns as a record of purchase. We may open the original box for inspecting items before being dispatched.
